"Nice-looking site, but I’m not sure the layout worked for me"
The site definitely has a clean, polished look, and I liked the colors overall. But I kept wondering if it was just me being picky, because some parts felt a little too busy. I had to scroll more than I expected, and a few product pages seemed more focused on looking stylish than actually helping me decide what to buy. It’s not a bad experience at all, but I guess I was expecting it to feel a bit simpler and smoother to use.

"Pretty happy with it so far"
I’ve taken this bag on a few trips now, and so far it’s been great. The zippers are smooth and don’t feel cheap or like they’re going to snag, which I really appreciate. The metal hardware looks nice too and has held up well. One of the zipper pulls feels a tiny bit loose, so I’m keeping an eye on that, but overall I’m happy with the bag

"Packaging felt cheaper than other brands"
The box showed up a bit dented and messy, which was disappointing considering the price. I’ve ordered similar products from competitors before, and their packaging usually feels sturdier and more polished. The item itself may be fine, but the presentation definitely didn’t make a great first impression

"Should’ve Trusted My Instinct on This One"
I brought this on a weekend trip thinking it would make things easier, but it ended up being more of a hassle. The straps felt awkward when I was carrying it around, and the pockets weren’t in the most convenient spots when I needed to grab something quickly. It also didn’t fit under the seat very well, which was frustrating. I had a feeling it might not be as practical as it looked, and I probably should’ve trusted my instinct

"Easy checkout, slow shipping updates"
I ordered from beistravel.com and, I don’t know why, I expected the whole process to be a little faster. Checkout was easy enough and my confirmation email came through right away, but it took a few days to get any real shipping update. The package did show up in good shape, so no complaints there. It was just later than I thought it would be, and the tracking kind of sat there without moving for a while. Overall, not a terrible experience, but not amazing either. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed something quickly.

"Sizes were spot on"
I ordered a carry-on and some packing cubes from BÉIS Travel, and the sizing was accurate. The dimensions they listed were basically right, and the carry-on fit in my airline sizer with no issue. Once I had it fully packed it did feel a little bulkier, like just a bit bigger feeling than expected, but it still worked out fine. Overall, happy with it. I’d give it 4 stars.

I got a bag from beistravel.com i’ve been happy with it so far. I’m usually picky about the things I actually notice when traveling, like shoulder comfort and how annoying a bag is to carry through the airport, and this one does well there. The straps stay comfortable even when I’ve packed it full, and it holds more than I expected. The only thing that stood out to me in a not-so-great way is the zipper — I just wish it glided a little smoother. Other than that, it’s been a solid bag.

"Restocks come through quickly"
I had my eye on a bag on BÉIS Travel that was sold out, so I signed up for the restock email and expected to be waiting a while. To my surprise, the notification came sooner than I thought, which was a nice win because I really didn’t want to keep checking the site every day.
A few colors definitely seem to sell out fast, but I’m happy with how often they restock. Once the bag was available again, I ordered it right away and the whole process was smooth. Really satisfied with the experience overall, 5 stars from me

"The exchange process felt way harder than it needed to"

"Frustrating site and checkout"
The site was annoying to use. Pages kept loading weird, and the checkout process was confusing in a way that made me feel like I was missing something obvious. I also felt a bit talked down to by the wording on some of the prompts, which didn’t help. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience.

My Beis bag has been super easy to wipe down so far, I usually just grab a damp cloth and most marks come right off. The inside cleans up well too which is nice after a trip. Took off one star though, the lighter color still shows scuffs a little

The bag does look really nice, which is why I bought it in the first place, but I’m a bit disappointed. The storage is smaller than I expected, and the pockets fill up way too fast. "Easy to Use, But I Still Had a Few Annoyances"
I used BÉIS Travel it was easy to get around. The menus made sense, and I could find the bags, colors, and sizes without having to click all over the place forever, which I appreciated. Checkout was clear too, so there weren’t any weird confusing steps. That said, I still felt like some parts could’ve loaded faster, and I kept noticing that a few things just felt a little slow. Not awful, but slow enough to be annoying. Overall, the site was organized and shopping was simple, but yeah, the little delays got on my nerves more than once

I had an issue and figured the warranty support would make things easy, but it ended up being a bit frustrating. I reached out expecting a quick fix, but the replies were slow and I didn’t really feel like I was getting much useful help along the way. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but definitely not as smooth as I hoped.

"Color was way darker than expected"
