"Terrible..."
Terrible.... I ordered a work Tote and when it arrived I decided I would like to return it and order the larger size. I am in the EU and when you go to the website it says to contact customer care to organise it. Contacted them and I get a reply saying to check the website with a link to the page that tells you to contact customer care. Contacted them again and I have been back and forth for 2 weeks and gotten no where. I can only assume they are dragging out the time so that I am ineligible for a refund. I will certainly not be buying the larger Tote after all this.

"Probably the most incompetent company…"
Probably the most incompetent company I’ve ever dealt with. I had to send my order information multiple times and instead of reading what I wrote the customer service person kept referring to a different order. I wasted a lot of time explaining and apparently screenshots weren’t even enough for her to read what I sent.

"BUYER BEWARE! No physical phone number for customer…"
No physical phone number for customer service assistance before or after purchase. This company only communicates via email and they take months to respond, if any response at all. You have to be invited to post a review so of naturally, they post only the positive ones. Their reward points system is faulty, at best, and if you wait for a response for assistance the product will surely be sold out by the time you receive an answer. It is cute and chic travel gear, but not worth the hassle should you encounter ANY problems or questions with your order.

Ordered a week ago and it still hasn't arrived. Tried to contact customer service, but that's another 1-3 day wait. There isn't a live chat or anything either. Expensive bag, terrible customer service

"Terrible customer service! Product not as advertised."
The color “creamsicle” which appeared on their website to be a nice-on-the-eyes orange is a neon blinding orange. The same orange you see during deer hunting season. This is no exaggeration.

But the bigger problem is the 100% zero communication from customer service. I’ve tried multiple times using different emails they provide and also directly through their return/exchange portal. I haven’t even gotten a confirmation that they got my emails. I’m talking ZERO communication with the company.

I turned it over to my credit card company that thankfully agreed that this was weird and reversed the charge.

The 26” luggage is measuring at 28”. That probably won’t cause any problems. However, the 22” carryon is measuring closer to 23”. Has anyone had any issues with this during travel?

The Weekender Bag was advertised as having a “padded” pocket for a laptop. The pocket is padded on the side facing towards the center of the bag, but there is no padding on the side facing out - which is where most of the bangs and bumps would come from. It makes the padded pocket worthless. It’s also a huge pocket so my laptop (MacBook) will be sliding around.

For the expensive price tag, I was expecting more and I am most disappointed with the apparently zero customer service. I’ll be curious is the credit card company has any luck.

Don’t believe the hype! Keep shopping and maybe check with some flight attendants it pilots. And if you’re having trouble with customer service (like having to pay them $10.00 if you return and don’t take store credit - true story), call your bank or credit card company and keep all of your attempts for your records!

"Horrible email customer service. Would not recommend."
I was in the process of purchasing a carry on and 26” luggage in CAD and experienced issues when checking out. After returning to my cart again, the prices had gone up about $60 between the two items. No customer service number, only reachable by email. First reply is a generic response about why their prices went up, not addressing my concern at all. Second response is that prices can be subject to change if in a cart. Disappointing but at least this is the customer service experience I had before buying the products instead of afterwards and thankfully I checked on the price before trying to check out again otherwise I would have paid much more than I intended to.

UPDATE: when posting this review, I selected for the company to receive a copy of it as well. A representative reached out and apologized for the misunderstanding and offered to honour the previous pricing. I decided to place an order and will update this review and the star rating upon delivery of the items.

"Colors don't match"
I ordered two pieces of Gray and they did not match in color. Not even close. One is gray and one is blue, not a color variance. Contacted them by email the same day and included a picture. Asked for assistance to get the correct color. I was told their may be a color variances and" If you are unhappy we do have a 45 day return policy". I loved the luggage but unhappy with this lack of customer service. I was so excited about my new luggage but thought for the price I wanted matching pieces so I proceeded to their return process. The refund quoted was 26.6% less than what I paid. Not sure why the customer needs to accept a loss of this amount when they are not happy due to their error. This financial loss is not acceptable to me so I am stuck with unmatching luggage.
This has been a disappointing experience. I trusted their website and claims of commitment to their customers. On their return policy page is states "If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we will find a solution for you"
No reasonable solution here :(

"Dubious customer service. Very challenging to get a refund from this company"
I liked the design of the weekender bag so purchased it. Most of the bag uses a heavy canvas material except for the corners of the separate wet storage which uses a cheap (and not very endurable looking) vinyl. I thought it would be best to return it.

Although I am still able to return it (within the 45 day return policy) they will not return the full cost of the item minus the $10 CAD handling and $24 shipping costs which would refund $114.74 to my card from the original cost of $148.74. Instead they only want to return $80.

They are dragging out the process so the deadline to get a refund will expire soon.

I am not sure if they are dishonest or incompetent but either way I think I will not get my refund.

I would totally avoid this company. Their product is cheap and their customer service is dubious.

UPDATE: I did get my refund (minus shipping and minus $10 restocking fee) after 10 emails spread over a week. It was a hassle.

Awful company, avoid at all costs. The colour of the bag I ordered looks nothing like it does on the website, it’s totally false advertising. Customer service absolutely useless. Massive rip off. Do not give these people your money!

"Great Service"
Saw lots of unfavorable reviews somewhere. So I emailed customer service with questions. My experience was more than favorable. I first asked questions online with Ana that were answered immediately. I placed my order on Friday and my purchase was delivered today (Tuesday) with daily delivery update.
Very happy with the product and customer service!

"In blatant violation of GDPR."
In blatant violation of GDPR.

The ordering proces in itself was not an issue, but I have been trying to get rid of this companys communications for months now. The unsubscribe link they have in their newsletter does not work. I then contacted them directly and asked them to remove me from all lists manually. They claimed they did this, but obviously that was not correct, since I'm still receiving their emails. Apparently the only way to get rid of these people is to block and report all their emails. Additionally, and this might be coincidental, but I have received a lot more spam since I ordered from them. Would not be surprised if they sold customer data, since they're not adhering to GDPR anyway.

I would not shop here again, as they obviously have no idea what they're doing, so I wouldn't trust them with any of my data, knowing now how they operate.

"Terrible customer service"
Terrible customer service. Nothing special about their product. I do not recommend ordering anything with Beis.
We attempted to exchange our luggage for two larger ones. We paid for two new bags as they informed us they would refund. they did. Then, they took the money back and held it for over 30 days. It has still not been returned. They have no customer service. It has been hugely frustrating. I DO NOT recommend ever purchasing anything through this company.
